This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Healing Arts E.I.R.L. operates www.florianrolke.com. Florian Rolke writes and publishes everything on it. If you have a question about anything on this page, email [email protected] and a person will answer you.

What this website collects

Nothing you do not send us. These pages carry no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account and no login. The complete list is:

• Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply, and for as long as the exchange is still useful. Ask us to delete it and we will.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records what any web server records when a page is requested — IP address, time, the page asked for, and the browser’s user agent. These exist to serve the site and keep it available. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

We ask for no name, no phone number and no payment information anywhere on this site.

Cookies and tracking

As of the date at the top of this page, this website sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising tag and no tracking script on these pages.

We do not use session recording, mouse tracking or device fingerprinting. We do not buy contact data, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours.

Fonts, images and video on this site are served from our own domain. Nothing is loaded from a third-party content network, so simply reading these pages transmits your IP address to nobody but us and our host.

If that ever changes, this page will be updated with a new date, and you will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.

Who else is involved

Two service providers, and no one else:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery (the domain itself is registered through GoDaddy).
• Google (Gmail) — receiving and answering your email.

They handle what they see on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We disclose personal information to no one else, except where the law requires it.

Links to other platforms

This site links out to LinkedIn and to the ‘AI Automations by Jack’ community on Skool, and may elsewhere link to other external platforms such as YouTube. Following one of those links takes you onto a service we do not run, governed by its own privacy policy. Nothing about your visit here is reported back to any of them: these pages carry no embedded widget, no social button and no share script, only ordinary links you choose to click.

Community screenshots

The community section shows screenshots of public comments and posts from the AI Automations by Jack community on Skool, reproduced as they appear there. If you are shown and would like a screenshot removed, email [email protected] and it will be taken down.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You will never be charged for asking, and asking will never affect how you are treated.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Peru, the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (ANPD); in the EEA or the UK, your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
